Kristian Sleet has over ten years of experience in healthcare. After graduating from Indiana University-Bloomington, Kristian completed her administrator-in-training for the state of Indiana. She began practicing in a small assisted living as a license administrator and later moved to home healthcare. In 2021, Kristian obtained her Master's in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare administration. Kristian has practiced in home care, home health, assisted living and skilled nursing all in leadership roles. Her goal is to help strong leaders achieve their goals as this industry continues to grow. Kristian enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She loves the outdoors and is a true-crime junky. Her true passion is the elderly and the quality of care they receive.
